I Need a Good Home

Timber is a wonderful and sweet, nine-year old Alaskan Malamute hybrid who needs to find a good home!  Currently, she is staying with her breeder in Modesto, California, who still owns her mother and sister, but simply can not maintain a home with three dogs.  Can you give her a good home???

Then Please Call (209) 522-9456 Now!!!

Timber is a very intelligent, completely house-trained, and very friendly animal.  Her one down-side is that she is intolerant of other dogs, including her own mother and sibling, and thus has made it impossible for her to be kept in a multi-dog household.  In the absence of other animals, she makes a very friendly and ideal canine companion.  If you can give her a good, safe and caring, home, anywhere, then she is available for FREE - that's right, no charge!  Please do not hesitate to call just because you are not close to Modesto - contact me and we can discuss our options.  I will do what I can to make sure she has a happy home.

Even at nine-years old, she is still very energetic, non-destructive, self-confident, and very obedient.  She is also in amazing shape for her age, with no known medical issues. But she is a dog who does require a companion that will be home more often than not, and is willing to open up their home to her, and not just their backyard.

We need to find a home for her by November 2004.  There is no way I can keep her longer than that (since she does need to be kept separated from her family, and I work 40+ hours/week) - I have tried to encourage them all to get along for almost a year, but have regrettably been unable to do so, or I would love to keep her.  All the dogs from this family are amazing animals.

If you or someone you know can and would like to have Timber bless your home, please contact me immediately.  I can be reached via email at timber@jakobs.org or call directly at (209) 522-9456 .  Remember, she is available for FREE.  I can not bare to put her in a shelter, nor have her put down, but I do need to find her a home as soon as possible.  Timber is an incredible dog, and really deserves to find a great home.
